Abbas Alameddine MD, Psychiatrist

Dr Abbas Alameddine studied medicine and psychiatry at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut.

 

Dr Alameddine also trained in Paris both in mood disorders at the "Clinique des Maladies Mentales-CMME" at the Hôpital Sainte-Anne and in child psychiatry affiliated to Hôpital Robert Debré.

 

He received a University Diploma of 'Addictology' and another of 'Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy' from the University of Saint Joseph of Beirut.

 

He also received a University Diploma of 'Child Psychiatry' from the University of Paris 5 - Descartes.

 

He provides consultancy and training with various international and local NGOs and is the psychiatrist of the National Autism Community.

 

Dr Alameddine participated in several research projects and co-authored a number of peer reviewed articles published in international medical journals.

 

Dr Alameddine is also currently a psychiatrist in the department of psychiatry of Hôtel Dieu de France University Hospital.
